You may elect to receive material in hard-copy form by notifying Company in writing of your election.  In order to register on our site, you must first be authorized by the Company for an account, and thereafter you will be provided instructions for your first login.  In that first login, you provide your first and last name, email address, and the assigned username and assigned password.  Once activated, you will be asked to change your password.  If you choose to register, we require your first and last names to help us differentiate your registration profile from others.  We require a phone number in case there is a problem with your account.  Once registered, we will send you an email confirming your registration on our site, and in the event you forget your password in the future, we will send it to your e-mail address at your request.  We require a unique username and password combination that allows you secure access to your user profile and preferences. If you forget your password, at your request we can reset your account.

Sharing of Personal Information

Companies may be engaged by the Company to perform a variety of functions, such as, providing technical services for our web site. These companies may have access to personal information if needed to perform such functions. However, these companies may only use such personal information for the purpose of performing that function and may not use it for any other purpose.
